Privacy Policy

TeleDev builds automation and AI assistants (Telegram bots, website chat widgets and n8n workflows) for small businesses. This policy explains what data our applications access, how it is used and how it is protected.
1. Who we are
TeleDev is operated by Oleksandr Stavytskyi, a freelance developer based in Dnipro, Ukraine. Contact: stavitsky.a@gmail.com.
2. Google user data we access
With your explicit consent through Google sign-in, our automation may access:
- Google Calendar — to read free and busy time and to create, update or delete appointment events;
- Google Sheets — to add rows to a booking log spreadsheet you choose;
- Google Drive — only to list and select the spreadsheet used for the booking log.
3. How we use this data
Google user data is used only to provide the booking automation you requested: checking availability, creating and managing appointments, and logging them. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models.
4. Data from your customers
When your customers book through a bot or chat widget, the assistant processes the details they provide (name, phone number, requested service, preferred time and comments). These details are stored only in your own Google Calendar and Google Sheets. To generate replies, message text is processed by an AI provider (OpenAI) under its API terms, which do not allow API data to be used for model training.
5. Sharing
We do not share Google user data or customer data with third parties, except the infrastructure providers needed to run the service (hosting and the AI provider above) or when required by law.
6. Storage and security
Access tokens are stored encrypted on our self-hosted automation server, which is protected by HTTPS and a firewall. Workflow execution logs are kept only for troubleshooting and are deleted regularly.
7. Retention and deletion
You can revoke our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To ask us to delete any data we hold, email stavitsky.a@gmail.com; we will do so within 30 days.
8. Limited Use
TeleDev's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always available at this page.
